I am an Irish, CORU Registered Dietitian and Clinical Nutritionist and have worked with thousands of clients with various health conditions, but my primary interest is in Women’s Health and Hormones. My practice is known for its holistic approach. I look at the whole person and use the latest critically appraised evidence to help individuals achieve effective, meaningful change, even with the most complex cases.
