My Story

A number of years ago, I wasn’t feeling like myself. I was feeling wired and tired, and experiencing a sensation of constant overwhelm from the combination of working full time and being a mom to three young children.

I never seemed to have enough energy to get through the day, and I was constantly cranky. I was juggling too many responsibilities and suffering from some major consequences. One day, I looked up and didn’t recognise the tired stranger in the mirror. I didn’t feel like myself anymore. I felt like I had lost control of my body and a little bit of my mind.

Turns out I was being held captive by crazy unbalanced hormones, and it was all because I had forgotten self-care. It was through my experience that I designed this programme, so that you can too can reclaim your health and start living the life you love today.

Achieving Balance – the secrete to female hormone health, is comprehensive hormone balancing program for busy women. It is designed to walk you through my step-by-step approach to supporting your hormones so that you can get back to being the woman you once were.
