How I went from working as a hospital Dietitian in a busy Critical Care and Surgical Unit to helping thousands of women take back control of their health to live fulfilling and limitless lives…

Not that long ago, you could have found me working in busy critical care and surgical unit. I thought I had landed my dream job, my dream life but one day I woke up and I didn’t recognise the tired stranger in the mirror.

Like many women I know, I never seemed to have enough energy to get through the day. I was juggling too many responsibilities – I was working full time while also trying to be mum, teacher, and childminder to 3 beautiful, young, energetic children. I had started to experience a sensation of constant overwhelm. I was moody and irritable one minute and crying my eyes out the next. I wasn’t sleeping, I was gaining weight, and my blood sugars were all over the place. I felt like I had lost control of my body while doing all of the things that I thought were “right” for me at the time. It wasn’t long before I experienced complete burnout.

This was the start of my journey. I realised that I needed to change my lifestyle if I wanted to feel like my old self again. I knew that my hormones were all over the pace, so I made an extra effort to support my gut and liver health. I worked on balancing my blood sugar levels, managing my stress and sleep, and, most importantly, on my mindset.

Over time I started to feel like a better version of myself. For the first time in years, I was feeling energetic and optimistic. The brain fog had literally cleared. My life was effortless and limitless again.

Currently

I have rebuilt every aspect of my physical and mental health. Today, you will find me sitting barefoot at my desk or sitting on a rock dreaming of ways I can help other high achieving women, just like you, take back control of your life so that you can have it all – optimal health, personal wealth, and loving relationships.

And if I can be the person, your cheerleader that whispers:

“you really can do this”

whenever life starts to make you doubt yourself … then I’ll consider my job done.
